Tea- The most common method of consuming dried cordyceps mushroom is to make a tea. The tea can be prepared by simmering the cordyceps mushroom slices in water for about 15-60 minutes.
Boiled with water - Boil 6-10 grams of cordyceps mushroom in 1-1.8 liters of water, keep boil about 15 minutes, let this extract water be cool to drink. Boil them again to drink until the bitter end.
Powdered to drink directly use a grind cordyceps mushroom to fine powder. Put about 3 grams of powder into a cup, steep them in boiling water in 5 minutes (like tea), then drink the liquid.
