No Cancellations After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming payment.

No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy helps us ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our herbal supplements.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot issue any refunds.

Exchanges: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer an exchange for the same product. Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be processed if the product is unused and in its original packaging. The shipping costs incurred for the return of any item(s) will be borne you.
